Quality management system certified by BSI
Simor Industrial Solutions operates a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 by BSI, one of the world's largest certification bodies. Certification means an independent auditor has checked that our procedures exist, are followed and are improved, and that they are checked again at every surveillance audit.
For a procurement team it means the things a tender asks for are not promises. They are controlled procedures with records you can audit.

Registrations
- Simor Industrial Solutions Ltd., registered in Canada and in the Province of Ontario.
- Business registration and tax identification numbers are provided on request and printed on formal quotations.
Quality commitments
- Condition stated on every line: genuine, remanufactured or qualified alternative.
- Engineering check of interchangeability before quotation.
- Inspection against the order before packing, with photographs on request.
- Documents collected and checked as goods arrive at our warehouse and sent ahead of the shipment.
Parts from the OEM or its licensed manufacturers, supplied with the manufacturer's documentation.
Rebuilt to specification with a record of what was replaced, tested, and warranted by Simor for 12 months from delivery or 6 months from installation.
Parts we have verified against the application and are prepared to stand behind under the same Simor warranty, always stated as such on the quotation.
