Vessels

Three phase separators, test separators, knockout drums, scrubber vessels and other pressure vessels for production and processing sites, fabricated to your datasheet by ASME qualified shops we audit, delivered with the data book and material certificates the project requires.

What we supply

Separators

Two and three phase production and test separators, horizontal and vertical, with internals, level and pressure instrumentation and skid where specified.

Knockout drums and scrubbers

Inlet and fuel gas scrubbers, flare and compressor suction knockout drums, sized and fabricated to the datasheet with mist extractors and drains.

Other pressure vessels

Surge and storage vessels, heater treater shells, filter and coalescer shells and replacement vessels for units in service, from the original drawing or a survey.

From datasheet to data book

A pressure vessel order starts with the process datasheet and ends with the data book. In between: design to ASME Section VIII, material selection for the service (sour service and low temperature where specified), fabrication drawings for your approval, welding and NDE to the inspection level stated, hydrotest, painting and preservation for the route. We manage each step with the fabricator and report weekly with photographs.

Skid mounted packages are quoted with the piping, valves and instrumentation from the other equipment pages, as one consolidated delivery.

How we supply it

  1. 1

    Specification

Send the datasheet, quantity, delivery point and required certificates. A nameplate photo helps for spares.

  2. 2

    Sourcing and quotation

Sources and lead times per item from API and ISO qualified manufacturers, quoted with documents priced in.

  3. 3

    Inspection

Checked against the specification before packing, with photographs; third party witness where the project requires it.

  4. 4

    Delivery

Consolidated at Concord, packed for the route and shipped on your Incoterm with export documents.

Documents priced into every quotation

Certificate of conformance

Signed statement that the goods meet the ordered specification.

Material certificates

Mill or material test certificates traced to heat or batch.

Test reports

Functional, pressure or dimensional tests for the items shipped.

Packing list

Itemised in your format with weights and dimensions per case.

Certificate of origin

Chamber of commerce issued, for customs clearance.

Formal quotation

On letterhead with validity, Incoterm, payment terms and bank details.

The datasheet or specification, quantities, required certificates, delivery point and date. A drawing or a photo of the existing item helps when the specification is old.

A quotation per item with source, lead time, certificates priced in and the Incoterm you chose; inspection photographs before packing; documents ahead of the shipment.

Send the nameplate and the parts list; we identify and quote spares for equipment we did not sell, OEM or certified equivalent, stated on the quotation.

Questions we are asked

Can you replace a vessel that is already in service?

Yes. Send the nameplate, the original drawing if you have it, or a survey; we quote a replacement to the same duty and the current code.

Do you supply the internals and instrumentation with the vessel?

Yes. Internals, level bridles, instruments and valves are quoted with the vessel as one package when the datasheet includes them.

Do you supply OEM or equivalent?

Both, and we state which on every line. Equivalents come from API or ISO qualified manufacturers and are warranted for material and workmanship.

Can you quote a complete package from one specification?

Yes. Send the datasheets and the delivery point; we propose sources and lead times per item and quote the package delivered.

Send the vessel datasheet, the inspection level and the delivery point; we quote fabrication, documents and transport within two working days.
