How the work runs
- Scope call. Thirty minutes with your engineer or planner: the asset, the problem, what a good outcome looks like.
- Data. Engine serial and variant, parts book pages, photographs, failure history, the tender text if there is one.
- Analysis. Cross reference against parts books, our supply history and the manufacturers' bulletins; physical inspection where a sample can be sent to Concord.
- Written opinion. A report you can attach to the purchase file, and a parts list you can turn into an order.

When a parts question becomes an engineering question
A part number is only half an answer. Whether it fits depends on the engine variant, the block casting, the injection system, the cooling arrangement and what was changed at the last overhaul. When the original is discontinued, the question becomes which alternative carries the same loads, seals the same faces and has a service history you can trust. We answer those questions in writing, with the evidence, before you buy.

- How is consulting charged?
By a fixed fee per scope, agreed before work starts. Questions answered in the course of a quotation are free.
- Can you review a tender before it is issued?
Yes. We check that the technical schedule is answerable, that references are current, and that qualified alternatives are allowed where they should be.
- Do you visit site?
For overhaul scoping and failure analysis, yes, by arrangement. Most interchangeability and substitution work is done from documents and samples.
