Privacy notice

• Quote requests and contact messages: your name, company, email, phone, shipping and commercial details and the parts you ask for. Used to prepare and follow up a quotation and to screen the request against Canadian export controls. Kept as a commercial record.
• Uploaded documents: Documents you upload with a quote request are checked for malware, stored encrypted on our servers in Canada, read only to prepare your quotation, and deleted after 12 months unless the request led to a quotation or an order. Scanned pages and photos are processed by Amazon Textract and the text is structured with an AI service; neither retains your documents. You can ask for earlier deletion at [email protected].
• Website use: one analytics cookie, only if you accept it, to understand how the site is used. No advertising and no tracking across sites. Server logs with IP address are kept for security for 30 days.
• Email: we send quotations, confirmations and replies to the address you give. Product updates are sent only if you opted in and stop when you unsubscribe.

On our servers in Canada (Amazon Web Services, Canada Central). Email is sent through Amazon SES and Microsoft 365. Scanned documents are read by Amazon Textract and structured by an AI service; neither retains your documents. Quotation requests are recorded in our Odoo business system, hosted in Canada.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, at [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. Records we must keep for tax, export control or contract reasons are retained for the period the law requires and then deleted.

Essential cookies keep your quote list and your session working and cannot be switched off. The analytics cookie loads only after you accept it; you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
