How shipping works from Canada

Every quotation states the Incoterm and the route. Courier for urgent or light items, air for time critical orders, sea for heavy assemblies and bulk. Export packing, marking and documents are done at our warehouse; the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin travel ahead of the goods by email so your broker can prepare clearance.

Destinations under Canadian sanctions regimes are flagged at the quotation stage and reviewed with our compliance advisor before any supply. See export compliance.

Questions we are asked

How long does delivery take to my region?

Courier: days. Air: about a week door to door. Sea: four to eight weeks port to port depending on the route. The quotation states the lead time per line and the transit for the route chosen.

Which currency and Incoterm should we choose?

USD is the usual choice outside Canada and Europe; CIF to your port or DAP to your site gives a delivered price you can compare. EXW if you have a forwarder you trust.

Do you work with our customs broker?

Yes. Documents are emailed before departure and we answer the broker's questions directly.

Tell us the destination and the Incoterm you need; we quote delivered.
