How a railway order runs
-
1
Send the tender extract
A spreadsheet, a PDF or a photo of the list. Our site reads it and shows you the lines it found.
-
2
We verify and quote
An engineer checks every reference; you receive the quotation with lead time, origin and the documents you named.
-
3
Award and documents
On award we confirm the document pack and the Incoterm, then collect and inspect.
-
4
Ship and clear
Packed and marked at our warehouse, documents sent before departure, delivered to your port, airport or depot.
Questions we are asked
- Can you quote against a tender with a fixed validity and format?
Yes. Tell us the validity, currency, Incoterm and document format on the request and the quotation is issued to match.
- Do you supply parts that are no longer made by the OEM?
Yes, as remanufactured or qualified alternative parts, stated as such on the quotation, with an engineer's note on interchangeability.
- Which countries do you ship to?
North America, Latin America, South and East Asia, Africa and the Middle East. See Regions served. Every request is screened against Canadian export controls before quotation.
