What we supply

Reciprocating compressor parts

Valves, rings, packing, pistons, rods, liners and bearings for named builders' frames, OEM or certified equivalent.

Rotary and air packages

Screw and rotary packages with driver, cooler and controls, sourced to datasheet with performance tests.

Controls and auxiliaries

Instrumentation, unloaders, coolers, filters and lubrication systems as a matched set.

Spares for a shutdown, packages for a project

Compressor spares are bought against a shutdown date, so lead time is the specification. We quote each item with its lead time band, order long lead items first, expedite weekly and consolidate the shutdown kit at Concord so it arrives as one consignment with one document pack. Complete packages are sourced to datasheet with the driver, cooler and control scope defined line by line.

Shutdown kits

Consumables and wearing parts staged against the shutdown date, with photographs of the packed kit.

Test reports

Performance and mechanical run tests for packages; material and dimensional reports for wearing parts.

Heavy items

Frames, cylinders and skids routed by sea on flat racks or open tops, quoted with the item.

The datasheet or specification, quantities, required certificates, delivery point and date. A drawing or a photo of the existing item helps when the specification is old.

A quotation per item with source, lead time, certificates priced in and the Incoterm you chose; inspection photographs before packing; documents ahead of the shipment.

Send the nameplate and the parts list; we identify and quote spares for equipment we did not sell, OEM or certified equivalent, stated on the quotation.

Do you supply parts for compressors you did not sell?

Yes. Send the frame model, cylinder data and nameplate; we identify and quote OEM or certified equivalent spares.

Do you supply OEM or equivalent?

Both, and we state which on every line. Equivalents come from API or ISO qualified manufacturers and are warranted for material and workmanship.

Can you quote a complete package from one specification?

Yes. Send the datasheets and the delivery point; we propose sources and lead times per item and quote the package delivered.

Send the nameplate or the datasheet and the shutdown date; we quote with lead time bands and documents priced in.
