EMD locomotive parts
Electro-Motive two stroke diesels power a large share of the world's older locomotive fleets, from the 567 series of the 1940s and 1950s through the 645 of the 1960s to the 710 still in production. Outside North America they run in national railways, mines, ports and marine and power applications, often decades after the original supply chain moved on.
Simor supplies parts for all three families: power assemblies and their components (cylinder heads, liners, pistons, rings, connecting rods), fuel injectors and pumps, turbochargers and blowers, bearings, gaskets and seals, governors, water and oil pumps, and the electrical items around the engine. Each line is quoted as genuine, remanufactured or a qualified alternative, with lead time, origin and the certificates your tender requires.
The table below lists the EMD parts in our catalog by part number. Use the filter to search by number or description, or open an engine family for the parts specific to it. Not every part we source is listed. Add any part number to your quote list, or upload your parts list, and we quote it with the rest.
